I finally got tired with the old juiceglass.com design. It had been the same for about three years, way too long, and very bulky and hard to update. So I blew the whole domain away and started over. There is a lot to redo, especially the the portfolio section, which will just take time. But I am a lot happier already, even though the site is a little sparse. New digs always feels nice, be it redoing your website, or moving the furniture around in the family room, don’t you think?
I hope to get some more beads made Thursday, Derek has his first day of preschool, and I will celebrate, I hope, with a little studio time. I am really looking forward to having more time to work. I daydreamed about this for years, since Derek was born, when I could dive back into my glass. 8 hours a week isn’t a lot, but it is a LOT more than I have had since the summer of 2007. I am looking forward to seeing what my muse does with more breathing room!
